“It’s the equivalent of discovering Birmingham’s Pyramids”

Commissioned by the Tame Valley Wetlands Landscape Partnership, this report demonstrated the great potential of the Tame Valley to provide a substantial ecological, cultural and economic tole in the future of the region. Our unique perspective on the landscape was key to reimagining this immense but forgotten valley and floodplain on the periphery of one of the UK’s largest conurbations.

A series of mapping, topographical, digital and historical studies revealed the vast extent of the valley system of streams, tributaries and groundwater, demonstrating that it connects virtually all of the area’s communities in some way.
